Return Policy
We accept returns on only defective items within 7 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service for a return authorization numbers of receipts of goods. Defective items will be only store credited or exchanged for the same items .
Returns without return authorization numbers will not be accepted.
Short items
Any short items will be apply to your store credit. You may use that credit for your next purchase or we may return the diffrence of your amount
Cancellations - Please let us know within one hour after placing your order if there is a mind change. After the order is shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for all shipping fees incurred plus a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping
All orders placed by 3:00pm(EST) Monday through Friday will be shipped on the same day via USPS(it is much cheaper than other courier), or UPS excluding all holidays. And there will be extra $8.50 for your COD order(only money order).
International Shipping - All International orders will be shipped by USPS EMS(it is much cheaper than other courier), and UPS.
